VSKA is one of the Midwest’s leading real estate and urban planning consultants. The organisation helps public, private and non-profit clients understand market demand and make informed decisions.
However, the design and copy of its website didn’t accurately reflect the scope or breadth of VSKA’s work. After delving into its target personas and revisiting the sitemap, VSKA approached us for help with drafting compelling copy that clearly communicated the benefits of its experience and expertise delivered to clients.
Our Approach
Working closely with VSKA’s web developers and internal team – and leveraging its research into USPs and personas – we drafted audience-centric copy for the new website.
In particular, we identified and homed in on the benefits VSKA delivers – including its high success rates, tailored approach, detailed advice and commitment to hitting deadlines. In addition, we made full use of testimonials provided by their happy clients.
The Results
VSKA’s new website is now live. The new website is enjoying higher volumes of traffic and the organisation has seen an increase in enquiries generated by organic traffic.
